WHAT WE'RE DOING

Smoked meats and sides featuring locally sourced produce, animals, and hardwoods grown along Lake Superior's north shore. We are creating a Northwoods flavor that you can't get anywhere else.

OUR WOODS

We exclusively use wood harvested from the boreal forests along Lake Superior's North Shore. We partner with local loggers to source maple, birch, and alder that provide our barbecue with a unique smoke profile.

SOURCES

We work with family farms that operate within the Lake Superior watershed. We are proud to partner with Yker Acres for pork, Salt+Light Heritage farm for beef, maple syrup from Minnesota Maple Syrup, and fresh produce from Agate Acres, AgroEcology Center, Finnskogen Farm, Maxwell's Woodland Nursery, and Wolf Ridge Organic Farm.

We love building new partnerships with small farms.
