OUR WOODS
We exclusively use maple wood harvested from the boreal forests along Lake Superior's North Shore bringing what we like to call a True Northwoods flavor of barbecue - a flavor you can only get from the North Shore.
SOURCES
We work with local farms that operate within the Lake Superior watershed. We are proud to partner with Yker Acres for pork, Medicine Creek Farm for beef, NERCC for chicken, maple syrup from Minnesota Maple Syrup, and fresh produce from Agate Acres, Big Lake Microgreens, North Shore AgroEcology Center, Lucky Dog Farms, Finnskogen Farm, Round River Farm, Wolf Ridge Organic Farm and more.
